Now i dont like cossies what so ever so its quite a feat for me to post this on here
But i do always appreciate a car thats had real proper effort put into it and been done properly
Had the pleasure to have a look around this yesterday
My mate neil who owns formby car body repairs best mate owns this
Built it in his living room on a home made spit
Full bare shell rebuild and respray, all undersealed properly and built properly
Fresh engine rebuild, not sure on the specs but its about 450-500BHP and it sure shifts like it and sounds like it too
Anyways Pics
And you could eat your dinner off the bottom of it, its that clean!
Also the lad who owns it is a vaux boy aswell, had a few astra's that have been rebuilt from scratch aswell

That is immense, my proper dream car when I was a 15yr old nipper.
If I were to be picky then the orange peel finish on the wheels let's it down. Are they genuine MO's ?

Yerp genuine mo's. Sent them off for a refurb and they came back like that. So i think neils going to paint them now that the kurb marks are gone. Hes very very anal about it, had 2 tiny tiny stress marks in the paint on the rear bumper. So he had the whole thing resprayed last night

He never built it in a living room buddy. It was done in our mates garage. The house was originally built with a garage, then the old owner made it a room then when Chris bought it made it a garage again. Would of been funny building a car in a room and then knocking the wall down to get it out though I did all the wiring on the car.
It's Graham's cossie, he's getting the paint sorted for his performance ford shoot.

Yea me and graham have known Neil for years. Me and graham grew up together. In fact he's my best man at my wedding in September.
I think its the ford fair show at silverstone this weekend. I'm unsure though as I've never bothered with the ford shows with him.
