Many of your teams played their first game yet?

We played the Seattle Sounders last night, and won 4-2.

The goals we conceded were shocking (but obviously we had a very mixed back four) but Hazard, Marin, and Lukaku x 2 all scored.

Hazard looks a real talent, he had a really good game. Marin did pretty good as well, seems very direct, something that we've needed. And Lukaku showed what a beast he can be with his two goals.

De Bruyne also played, as did some other young players.

Beat Huntington Rovers 8-0 in a match for charity (their 29 year old keeper died last year of a brain tumour)

Beat Harrogate Railway 3-0

Beat Pickering Town 6-2

Very excited by Coulson and young McReady, both have played excellently so far. Walker/McLaughlin/Blair all looking sharp.

Looking forward to it all getting under way now!

Crewe have been doing well despite losing Powell

Saturday 14th July - Congleton (A) Won 2-0 - Moore, Pogba

Monday 16th July - Quorn (A) Won 3-0 - Pogba, Daniels, H. Clayton

Monday 16th - Chasetown (A) Won 7-1 Miller 2, M Clayton 2, Moore (Pen), OG, Grice

So far, against amazing teams obviously...got Bolton, Huddersfield and Barnsley at later dates...

We play Quorn every year, normally steal a player or two off them as well

Good to see Miller back playing, and scoring, also Max Clayton, our next big sale scoring a couple too
