few months back i saw a bright white light in the sky, hovering. about 10 seconds later it flew off like a shooting star.

Was absoloutely tiny. Like size of a large space hopper, looked spherical and flew completely linear and at great speed but wasnt that high probably only 3-4000ft.
This was travelling towards the flight path of planes taking off from Heathrow but escaped my field of view before it reached that far due to how small it was.
From what I could tell it was teal/green/dark blue and made zero noise and emissions.
