See our 200m guy come through then for gold!!! No legs. Not enough competitors in his category so has to step up to race versus single leg amputees. Fucking hell.
Slow start, slow bend then flies down the straight!!

I was in the stadium for this today. The crowd went mental when he came powering down the home straight!
The biggest cheer of the day though came when a guy finally finished a 1500m race in over 11 mins, it was a national record too! He got lapped twice in a three and three quarter lap race. The crowd were on their feet roaring him on for the last 800m!
We're off to see wheelchair rugby on Thursday, can't wait.

Which is the reason I've watched very little, every time I flick on to it there's a fucking advert. I also don't understand what Claire Balding has to do with it other than being a particularly unattractive person which could be her disability?

i doubt youd hear it, i think its the camera bloke and can only hear it so clearly because hes holding the camera.
I imagine there were 80,000 people all shouting the same thing so youd have your work cut out

I was there too, it was awesome
Although i did have a sly chuckle when the crowd cheered him thinking it was his last lap, then the commentator mentioned he had 1 lap to go still and you just know the crowd thought "ahh shit better do it again"

Sarah Storey who won gold the other day Is a supreme athlete. She compete's in some events local to me and she did a talk at my cycling clubs Christmas meal.
Also Colin Lynch who competes in the cycling events for Ireland also rides the club 10's and 25's my local club hold and is a nice enough bloke. Hope he wins the TT event to backup his last win at the World championships.
