everyone has a 1-2-1 meeting with him today in our department, just to talk bollocks and go hmm yeah I really need to do this with some outside the box thinking while i'm on the corporate bus, going in the right direction moving forward and other bullshit phrases that no one would ever use outside of work.

Yeah, it's annoying as hell. I just keep my mouth shut as I probably would just start ranting and end up with me handing my notice in.
Just seems like everyone here concentrates on appearance and talking about doing things but no one bothers getting their hands dirty and actually doing what they say.
Since I started hear there was talks about getting SAP and how it would change our work procedure and 5 years on peeps are still talking about it.
I'm just here like, if you say something do it, if not shut up. simples.
