Mine personally is the uniroyal rainsport 2 as its like glue both in the dry and wet and wears really well

Avon: Never had any issues with either the ZZ3 and ZV5 tyres I've used, particularly good wear rates and wet/dry handling- Don't rate the Pirelli P6000 that came on my car.

kuhmo's decent mid range road tyre have 45 series on my cesaros handles well enough for my liking

always had kuhmo's decent enough for the price, used to buy ku31's but they stopped doing them so i'm on kh31's now I think.

think kuhmo ecsta sport ( i think thats what its called?) are spot on for the money - ive had enough of tyres for todays anyway lol

Out of those manufacturers, I've used the following;
- Avon - ZZ5 - currently fitted to my Vectra VXR - no problems with mixed weather driving on both road & track. Wearing fairly well. Well priced for a 235/35/19 size too.
- Falken - ZE912 - very good on my old Corsa - used them on more than one occasion. Well wearing and good grip in all conditions. Well priced.
- Hankook - Ventus V12 Evo - used on my Vectra again, with good wear and good grip in mixed weathers. Fairly priced.
- Kumho - Escta Sport - used a couple of times a few years back, were fine. Would rather have the others listed here though - fairly decent prices mind.
- Toyo - Proxes T1R - used in varying sizes and on more than one occasion. Fine for both road & track use. Well wearing, and fairly priced. No grip issues atall.
- Yokohama - AD08 - tyres used for Track use, but also on the road. Excellent grip once warmed up, and well wearing. Prices are hit & miss, definitley top end of the price ranges.

I've got Firestones on at the moment. Only bought them as I didn't want complete cheap shit and they were on special offer. Can't complain with them to be honest, haven't spun out yet anyway lol.

Vredestein. Never had a problem and like the cool tyre tread (ultrac sessanta). Cheap but grip well.

Ive read some shocking reviews on them must be pirellis budget tyre

They are brilliant tyres, drove an R8 on a track fitted with these, much better than the OE Pirellis.

I use Yokohama S Drives, partly because that's the only thing the local independent tyre place stocks in my size I quite like them though, the grip is usually pretty good and when they're nice and warm they're great.

Yeah they're probably not the best tyre in the wet tbh, but the only time I've had any dramas is when I was going a bit too quickly

i remember having them on my focus and it went in for a service.
check sheet read as follows:
NSF tyre: continental
OSF tyre: continental
NSR tyre: budget
OSR tyre: budget
clearly checked by a retard who couldn't spell and had never heard of vredestein brilliant tyres for the money, and much better than the shockingly bad conti sport contact 2's that were standard fit.
