hi guys joined the forum a while back but never really signed in just viewing the projects theres some serious machines on here
anyway i think its about time i put a project log of my own on here
got this arden blue corsa b 00 back in aug 2011 in a bit of a sorry state but its come such along way imo
its got 68k on it
this is it when i first got it in a rather sorry state it gets better so please bare with me


it is my first and was purchase to learn to drive in and to not do much with it but that soon changed
im going to skip a few pictures as not to bore you, if you wish to see them let me know

slowly getting better please bare with me lol

then went in to get a respray


gsi purchased sprayed up with black arches







it has since had a few bits done
new gsi fogs and wired up
gsi splitter
gsi opel badge
calibra leather interiour
new steering wheel and airbag
new sony stereo amp and sub
opel fire extinguisher i aint seen one of these before so i snapped it up for a fiver in the scrappie
eleccy windows and mirrors wired up and fitted
heko windeflecters
sport doorcards
2 new wishbones and trackrod end new pads and discs fully serviced pollen filter
anyway theres lot more stuff done but i think its time for some recent pictures











theres loads more shit to mention but im just trying to remember back and yes i know its dien to be lowerd its on my huge wanted/to do list

thanks guys any comments hints tips hate all welcome theres still a good bit more to be put on and it may be out of place as it probley was done ages age

Looks really good.
Not keen on the rear lights, otherwise it's good

forgot to mention got a set of free standerd lights when i purchased the gsi kit ages ago i wasted no time in fitting them i HATE LEXUS LIGHTS

braided lines bought
rear disc beam set up
german rear lights
front smoked depos bought
rear opel mudflaps bought
german plates and surrounds plate bought
new gaiters bought
new coolant bottle
genuine floormats
heated seat switches
to do
replace 1.6 brakes with 2.0 litre ones
replace backbox to my cherry bomb
wire up heated seats
clean up fog light wiring

story lads havnt updated in a while so ill just post up some of the stuff i got ive been hard at spending my hard earned dough
2 new colour coded handles
2 new checkstraps and door pins
new handbrake and gear gaiters
gaz coilovers stole a pic off somone off here hope they dont mind lol
whitline rear anti roll
v6 brake set up
drilled and grooved discs and pads
braided lines
smoked depos
osram nightbraker bulbs
sri alloys but unsure whether to use them what your thaught ?
and also picked up a c20let full engine mounts hubs equal lenth shafts and lots of little bits for it

plan to build the engine up ove a year or so
full rebuild every seal gasket ring everything belt and clutch too
f28 with quiffe differential
steel connecting rods
bigger forged pistons new rings obviously too rebore
everything changed to arp bolts
saab injectors and fuel pressure regulater
steel oil pump gears
valve seats recut and new guides
ported and polished
light skim advised ?
vernier cams
xe inlet cam
8v rubber sump gasket
t3 hybrid turbo cosworth actuater with tx auto manifold and intercooler kit
some shiny bits and a lick of paint
got a price on most of this too

done a few bits there over the weekend doesnt look like much but chuffed with what i got done
hit the arches in a bit more as spring were catching ever so sligtly
repainted arches and drums
fitted my new colour coded door handles and 2 checkstraps
gave the interior a little clean
fitted smoked depos and osram nightbraker bulbs a replaced a couple more bulbs
i know the d/s light is a bit lop sided but the little white clips that the screw goes through one is mangled
just waiting on my new longer wheel bolts so i can fit my camber bolts and spacers lower it properly and get it fully laser aligned
also have opel mudflaps on the way up to me

just need to sort out a backbox now i am currently running without as the last one broke will get it booked to get a standerd exhaust to do me for the time being

Hi guys haven't updated in a while cant remember everything that's been done so some quick up to date pictures
Been fully service and coolant changed 2 new cv boots 2.0 brakes fitted new back box
Just got a set of wipers and 2rear wheel bearings left I'm sure there's been alot more done
