Doing my head in now, 7 days of not being able to sleep properly is taking it out of me.

What can I do about it? Lemsip does fuck all, cough medicine lasted about 20 mins before it was doing it again, I've tried sleeping with the window open, window closed, laying down, sitting up, everything.

It just will not go away

Any remedies or suggestions?

I'm stuck with the same cough, had it for a week so far because stupidly I think I can just drink tea/walk it off and last night I was in bed coughing my guts up as soon as I laid my head down, I'm a one pillow type of guy so opting for two was abit out of my comfort zone but I slept like a dead baby!

It works though and you'll probably waste the same amount buying cough bottles!

My mum always used to say laying on your side.

Laying on your side perfectly as if planking takes a lot of concentration and I think the idea was to stop you thinking about the cough
