Looking at this I should have really got a GLS instead of an LS...
Those alloys are nice too.
Looks like a good base!

Thanks for your reply.
I hate the alloys!! Would really like some standard SXI rims haha
Really happy with it, got a few issues at the moment and need to get them sorted!

The alloys look quite nice I think, haha. Corsa C SXI wheels look lovely though it does have to be said. Especially in black, saw one around by where I live with them, makes me wish I had a set!
What issues does it have anyway? Can't be anything too bad since it's got a fresh MOT right?

I'll post a separate thread about it. It is something simple, just don't know what!! Was running so nicely as well, just want my car back already... only owned it less than 2 days lol!

Well the last couple of days it's been refusing to start, just being a git basically!
Couldn't read the fault codes, but from being spoke with a local guy who strips, builds, repairs and services Corsa B's and he gave me some parts to try. Some luck, but not completely with those.
Anyway, during conversation with my partners parents, they said they'd be able to get AA out to look at it so we did. Slipped chain. AA man had already said "small engine corsa" "not starting" "slipped chain" before he'd even got out of the van! filled me full of confidence no end.
Anyway, it's going in for a new chain sometime this week, hopefully it'll then be working fine!!!

Haha too true!!
Nowadays it's all about cruise control, dual zone climate etc haha
I'm looking forward to having it back on the road, then I can start getting some proper stuff done to it!
List of things to do once it's been fixed;
- Wire in Electric Sunroof
- Fit all LED's to Dash
- Wire in Vectra Map Lights
- Wire in Remote Locking
- Wire in Sub & Amp
I'm also considering swapping my alloys with the Mk4 Astra ones on my dads Astra, will try and see how they look

Chain is going to be done tomorrow hopefully!

Well I did put this up for sale, as after all the work, it's still not running but the guy pulled out so it's now still sat outside my house.
Really need some help trying to diagnose the problem as I just don't know where to start, will put a new thread up and see if anyone has any clues!
Just a shame as the body is really clean, it's taxed till December and MOT till next year! I just want to use it haha

Stripped fuel system down today, had it running with easy start again but as soon as you stop spraying, it cuts out so now confident it's fuel related.
Have ordered a new fuel rail, injectors and pressure regulator, so will get them fitted when they arrive, but am also going to get the fuel pump out and give that a clean up - I may replace it tbh as the sender part doesn't work but will see what condition it's in when I get it out. I even made up a wooden tap thing so I don't have to use a screwdriver with the risk of sparks haha!!
Took a few pictures, mostly so I could remember where stuff went
Have also borrowed a dremel from a friend of mine so I can clean up the throttle body etc, may as well whilst it's off!
Edit; I also have a new coolant bottle, cam cover gasket and paint for the battery tray, hoping it'll all look quite smart when I'm finished with it!
