Got a kid with an iPad? Go to the App Store, download Cartoon HD, voila, loads of movies for free. Recent stuff too, Despicable Me 2 etc. not sure what the catch or how long it will last but it's working at the moment.

Also on Android I believe.

Seems to be called Cartoon Plus on android. Brilliant quality, has The Hobbit etc.. Too for older viewers

Just downloaded at it and im curious how its made it onto the app store for free, loads of top recent films on it . Old schools cartoons like ed edd and eddy aswell.

Just looking through it and its a really good app, some ofthe best anime series to watch are on it and its from the beginning of them. Even saw some of the most recent american dads on it. If it gets deleted from theapp store i hope it goes on that cydia thing cos ill jail break for it.

Worked fine first time, installed it on the missus' S4 and stuck on the loading screen.

Tried mine again, took forever to load, had to retry a few times, but got there eventually

Performance of the app [loading times] are dreadful but for free, it's well worth it.

When you download the film, does it save to the device to play offline?

Tried it, only downloads if you leave it open, can't be viewed out of app, and now just get connection error.

I could not get this to work at all at home (via Sky Fibre) but at work (which goes via Germany) it worked straight away.

I wonder if certain ISPs block this as part of the recent changes
