You missed Brighton v Hull and Sheff Wed v Charlton

Loved the talk last Thursday about the English league being shit again because our teams lost with 10 men against two of the best teams in Europe. Completely ignoring the fact all 4 teams got through

At least Chelsea (and possibly even united) should put that right

Yeah I mean Arsenal and City had shocking draws, but both teams finished second, so that's what can happen!

We finished top, as did United (I think) so we get 'easier' teams!

Gala away isn't easy, obviously. But we should do them over the two legs. An away goal or two on Wednesday would be nice!

Think United will do Olympiacos over the two legs as well.

Real Madrid should batter Schalke, if not at first, then for sure at home.

And Dortmund you imagine will get past Zenit. Think Dortmund still have a fair few injuries, though?

I know Dortmund lost 3-0 at the weekend, but I was assuming they rested players for this. Not sure on injuries. Eck will tell us, Theres no decent football where hes from, so he always seems to know about European teams

Thanks
Dortmund's slide has coincided with the injury to Gundogan that happened in August. He was the real star in that team last year! Subotic got a really bad injury a while back too which will have him out to the end of the season. Bender just got ruled out for ten weeks too and fuck knows when Blascjshwhddowakiowski will return!
They're without four main men, but Aubameyang has been doing great out on the right wing. They haven't been the same without Gundogan though. He's a classy player. Think they may struggle with these injuries against Zenit!

I see you went for Newport too, crazy odds considering their home form and Wimbledon losing 4 on the bounce. Obviously Wimbledon will win now but just over evs was far too big to refuse.

Young and Valencia starting meaning we are going to get a million crosses into the box with no goals

Yeah, I wasn't altogether sure what form they were in, but I know they're above average in the league, and wimbledon are below average, so around evens was too good to refuse. Was very hard to pick home teams tonight tbh, although Scunthorpe were nearly evens as well, but 2+ goals was over evens for them, hence chosing that instead

Moyes must surely be telling the team to play like you're not arsed. Where's the urgency!

Arrogance. They think they deserve to win without having to try.

Thats why they only win when they go ahead. They can't believe it when they go behind and struggle.

Essentially they're a bunch of cunts.

Rooney has scored 2 tonight though. For Aberdeen and Chester
