Right so i have an interview to do for a managers post - the competition is very tough and i need to do a 30 60 90 day presentation..

I have one based on the shard that i have used in the past -

30 foundations
60 framework
90 finishing touches

Problem is one of the people interviewing me has already seen this.

I want something a bit more novel and stand out

Just looking for ideas for a theme that could be cool and memorable?

The 30,60,90 day approach is rushed and often will fail. You need to get to know the business before making any decisions in management.

Take a 1,2,3 plan in but don't time scale it.
