Anyone suffer really badly from Nurves?

I've got two job interviews next week and I'm already bricking it. Any advice on calming the Nurves?

Bit harsh being that you don't have a single clue about me.
And I also ended up knocking £100 off...

No, not knowing that intellect and intelligence are different things makes you unintelligent

What's your problem with me? Every time I post something up you have to post on it trying to be smart? Is there any reason or are you just being a cunt for the hell of it?
Just because I'm not the best at spelling or grammar. Doesn't mean a thing.
Pack it in seriously.

Finally a propr answer.

There interviews for vehicle techs at main dealerships. Never had a job interview before. All my previous jobs I've gotten through just sort of being in the right place at the right time.

I dont think being nervous is such a bad thing, shows you care.

Of course if your so nervous you can barely speak and end up just saying please then thats no good.

Little bit of nerves is a good thing, keeps you sharp and doesn't make you look arrogant.
Mix or both nerves then confidence at the right times comes across well I think. Just try and think of it as you losing nothing by trying

Russ is a big man

Do a bit of prep, learn about the company, nerves are standard procedure for an interview. SHake each persons hand when you go in and make sure you are well presented (scrub those mechanics hands )

I know it's probably placebo effect but I found Kalms really helped me in the last interview I had. And placebo or not, if it works, who cares.
Also, know it sounds stupid but try a bit of deep breathing/relaxation prior to interview and also just prior to going in. I do this a lot when nervous and it helps to slow things down. Just slow breaths in for a count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out through your mouth for 4 counts. If it helps to have something visual, look at a door/picture/window and count the corners with your breathing (4 corners etc...).
Might seem a bit wishy washy but it works.

Just go over anything you don't feel too confident about, research the company so you have a good idea about them and perhaps impress them that you've taken the time to do some research.

Turn up on time, if not abit early, look smart and keep it real
