Sold our house a few weeks ago, and now bought this 6 bed new build, quality is fantastic for a new build.

Are they small bedrooms? My dads is a 5 and it's bigger than that. I'm guessing 2 rooms in the roofspace?

It has nice kerb appeal. Very smart looking house.

Beds are ok, 3 with ensuite and 2 in the roof space. Some nice design touches like a massive fireplace and a sunroom with vaulted ceilings. Double garage and big garden as well.

To be fair Scunthorpe is a bit shite but that seems cheap even for there especially the size of the plot. Looks like a nice house. Is it close to an estate? You got a google map overview ? What are room layouts like

If you lie about your salary to a mortgage lender the same way you lie about it on CS, you could easy get a £1m mortgage.
