Who's getting one then? 
Bought an iPhone 6 in February, fell out my pocket last Tuesday. Contents insurance have said they will pay out the £620 to replace it (minus the excess). Currently using an old 4S. Think I will wait until next month and replace it with the new one!

Still on a 4 here 
Might be time to change though, 4G seems widespread enough now and had a play with a 6 plus that makes my old 4 feel coal fired.
Has a release date been confirmed yet? I'd guess mid September.

Mid September for release at a guess, or at least being able to pre order.
Not sure when they usually announce the date of the conference?
I've never been that bothered with the 'S' version (although I did go from a 5 to 5S just for the finger scanner  ) but makes sense to wait a month.

Currently using a 5s out of contract and misses has had a 6 for sometime.
The 5s feels a bit like a slow brick after using hers, so looking forward to upgrading.

My iPad case was a bit crap tbh, came apart where the two parts are glued together and it ended up being able to slide out between when you had hold of it, few close calls so had to bin it off. Poor really considering how much they cost.

Think I'll get one, had a 5 which is due to upgrade on October 5th. But it broke so I bought a 5s in February/March this year. Should be able to sell it for a decent amount? Unmarked silver 16gb one.
I'll have to get a bigger memory this time. Won't let me take any pics on mine it's too full.

Just tested a 6 against a 5s. Literally no app opened faster on the 6. All tasks I've tested are exactly the same speed on both phones.
Again, if you see a noticeable difference in speed between the two, chances are the 5s is broken or needs a restore.
