Anyone clued up on lawns/grass, talk to me...
Lawn was full of dead grass, moss, clover, dandelions and other miscellaneous shite. Took the scarifier to it tonight so it's looking a little fragile as per the pic. Really want a lawn with no weeds or clover on it this year so any tips what I should do next would be appreciated.

Block pave the lot would be my advice.

If it was flat, I'd pave it but it's quite a steep bank which doesn't really come across in the photo.

It is indeed. Don't need anymore drive space on a hill. Too steep to jack up a car so it's useless other than for parking.

Scarifying the lawn. Like fixing a broken bulb by blowing up the house.
I joke. It's amazing what crap comes up though. Weed and feed mixture and jobs a goodun!

Our lawn was nigh on dead when we moved in to our house. Mostly down to the poor soil tbh  heavy clay
It looked even worse after Id finished laying the patio but i had chucked down some moss killer a few weeks beforehand - Moss Killer / Lawn Feed
Then set to with the scarifier and murdered what was left of the lawn. Same as you on this, loads came off not a very big lawn!
I used Westland Gro-Sure seed which had decent reviews and it seemed to grow really well and wasnt coarse.
Probably worth noting I have no kids or long term resident dogs.
Left it growing and regularly fed it with this - Lawn Feed
With regular twice a week cuts it came good in time for summer 
I have this year scarified it again (in March) and have re-seeded some areas in that didnt survive the winter but im sure it'll come good again this year.

That looks awesome! Might need to do similar, mine isn't as bad as either of yours, but getting a bit too weedy for my liking.

I've done mine. Looked properly fucked up now 
Mown, sacrificed and raked up. Then used some seed and Westland after cut with grass seed.
Will water regularly and come back in a couple of weeks!

Costing me £12.75 a month but I get 4 treatments, plus aeration and scarification. I'm sure it's something I could do myself but for £150 a year it's really not worth my time.
