When looking at 2nd hand things for sale, i read all description and think it sound ideal, but if i read "contact mohammed or abdul" etc i instantly fuck it off and am not interested 
Could it be considered Name-ist? as i don't really know their race

Not racism, my pesonal experiences is that anyone who I have come across that is called Mohammed or Abdul has either been a dodgy bastard, or just someone that wouldn't take care of something.
No worse than insurance companies choosing to make premiums higher for young people because in their experiences they are more likely to have a crash.
You wouldn't buy something off a traveller, is that racist too?

What about if you were selling a car and Muhammed turns up with his mates Abdul, Ahmed and their wives and kids?
Bloke in work had this exact scenario and one even asked to use the loo, in which he had a shit. That's fucked up.

Pretty much this happened to me when I sold my S3.
It came back up for sale this week and I spotted, the guy who bought it knocked 60k off the mileage then MOT'd it a week after I sold it

Something similar happened to me years ago whilst I was selling an e30. Some guy won it on eBay so came to collect it from Birmingham with 3 or 4 other Asian lads. He wanted a test drive before paying me the cash which is fair enough so I said that just me and the buyer would go out in it but he wanted his mates to come as well lol whilst one stayed with their car. I said no chance and after him trying to change my mind he gave up and left without buying the car.
He obviously wanted to pay for the car and not jump me at all

In the interests of equality I have to say I'd been burned a few times by Mancs changing the deal once I turned up.
Bought a Freelander looks like the HG is on the way out, that guy may have known, that was Derbyshire way.
Some southern bird lied about not having MOT'd a Ka, turns out it had failed massively on rust.
Discovery with ABS faults had the lights taped over, that was North Wales.
Puma 'drives like new' and it had half an inch of play in the top mounts, Yorkshire.
Basically private sales turn everyone in to a cunt.
