since the skyline idea's gone out the window i want something that looks good and goes well.

wanna spend around 12k and about 1500ish on insurance. i'm 21 with 2 years ncb

one car i been looking at is the integra type r any other ideas?

skylines gone out the window, cos of import laws are changing and cars built after 1997 need to meet new emissions tests and it doesnt.

plus they want more to insure and gtt than a gtr, for some unknown reason.

you won't insure a cossie/supra/fto at 21 for 1500. type r sounds like a good bet, pick up a good un for 10k aswell. how about a brand new clio 172 cup. another small car, but 11k brand new, 0-60 in 6.4, look nice and understated. focus st170? 306 GTi 6?

have trouble insuring a scoob for 1.5k, plus they cost a mint to run.

so far i reckon type r is still winning

get a decent scoob for 10k, 2k left over for two services/yr (one at 600quid), 18mpg, tyres, brakes etc

evo is well expensive on insurance they want over 3k

the gtr was 2500

1700 for the scooby but thats just a normal 2ltr turbo

go for the scoob. standard uk spec turbo, get a minter for 10k, 2k left over for a holiday and a few nights out!

it may just b a normal 2.0ltr turbo as u say but it still manages abt 150mph and has 215bhp
