...how many are you aloud? whats the limit for ages etc.???
Ive got 3 pints and im 19 but im 20 in 2 weeks does it go up then???

once you have been driving for 2 years you get 12 points but until the probation of 2 years is finished you only get 6 so watch what you are doing mate

I thought it was until your 21?
Otherwise does that mean I get the 12 points when I'm 19?

I got 11 points while on the probation period and had to resit my test, got them 2 months before i got my twelve point licence.
The other thing was when i got my licence back i was on probation period for another two years.
Finally got my twelve point licence now and it's clean- only took five years

Got three points for speeding day after test, then got eight points for driving with out due care and attention (had head on collision with another car at 50mph). Bit of a stupid moment! Insurance made me regret it though

dont u have to resit your theory test too? my mate got banned in his probation period and has had to take the whole lot again, now with the computer bollox so he failed! haha!

Yep, you resit the lot but it's a lot easier second time round!
Trust me i regreted the accident big time, i wrote off 3 cars (one brand new astra, an orion and my own car), caused five people to go to hospital, my ex broke a bone in her chest and i closed a major road for six hours. My car was only insured third party and i'd spent around £5K on modding it, that was crane lifted away and they wouldn't give it back to me or any of the contents. Oh and my insurance whent up £1500 TPF+T

hmm how long do point take to be cleared? i think i got caught speeding on wednesday..but i dont know till the letter comes thru on wed i think..ill just put it on my mums license lol still1.5 yrs of probation left

points stay on for four years for any offence apart from dangerous driving and drink driving. Just lost mine last week
