On the foliatec site i saw some 14" inch ones what ill use for the footwells, and also they do 27" ones im gonna put em in the holder thing at the bottom of the door, so when my door opens the neon comes on!

u need to dimantle the headunit and theres surface mount leds inside which u have to replace. I had it done in work cuz im an apprentice electronics engineer. i wouldnt recommend trying it yourself unless you are very good at soldering, as the leds are only 1mm long. If u want to try ive got some spare leds, just u2u me.

chris_uk, if I got the neoquip interior lights, would they be able to be fitted in the same way as the Max Power ones as they look really nice and bright, just what Im after.
kev_corsa - how much were the neons, have you got a link?? Also do they come on as soon as you turn the engine on? Is that legal (stupid questions )

erm if they have a + and - i would have thought u would be able to do it the same yea, dunno about brightness tho..

neoquip - how much are them ones kev has got, and do they fit the same way as the max power ones, and also are they brighter...... last question how much would a switch be to go into the cig lighter, so i can turn them on/off manually

you can cut the fag adaptor off.. loose your warranty tho.. and hard wire them in with a switch.. no problem.

today i put 2x 6" computer (bubble) neons under the passenger footwell.
i fed em off from the remote 12v from headunit.
i don't think they will shine bright, so i might have to get some slims from neoquip.
the above probably don't make sense cos i'm a bit messed :S at the mo. please excuse for bad english.
