you wont stall the plane as such, you will just create no lift at angle of attack above a nominal 14 deg for most aircraft, then the aircraft wings will stall and the aircraft will pitch nose downand you should start creating lift on the wings again

i do have a picture of a 747 flying upside-down somewhere, completely defies the performance of the aircraft but there we go
