Why get cars "ready" for a show?

The only thing I do to get mine ready is fill it with petrol!

Mines not even slightly ready hehe... I still haven't got the exhaust sorted, I'm missing the tow cover on my rear bumper... I'd have liked to have got some 17's on and started kitting it.

Hers comes out of bodyshop on friday so if it looks shite it's getting shown like that, no time to send it back in
