You asking us what we'd do or what we think you should do?
Personally i'd have a subaru, depending on budget a P1. a 2l turbo corsa is not going to be slow though

LET in a corsa will not be as reliable as a scooby
Scooby running costs will mean re-morgaging your home
Corsa would shock some uk scoobys tho

LET in a corsa will be fine as long as you look after it!!!! IF your gonna tune it, expect problems, but then thats the same with every engine ever designed.
I'd personnally have the LET corsa. Ok it wont go round the bends quite as well, but theres bloody subarus everywhere, they cost a fortune to run, and are commen as muck.
A LET corsa would more than likly nail a scooby when running. 4wd system saps a lot of power. PLus the advantage of going past a lot of fast cars in the little corsa is great fun. Amount of strange looks i've had as people give chase, and thats just an XE.
So for me, the LET wins no probs. Can be tuned to produce just as much if not more power than the scooby as well. Phase 4 kits, and phase 5 in development. 400+bhp anyone in a corsa

Both comments are very true. Corsa has got that sh1tty boyracer image now However, that image would be ut to rest as the 1.2 corsa is litterally blown away (well, not even worth comparing ) to the LET
