I bought a place at beginning of August in Burger. Was lookin for ages. Finally got one which was a few years old with private parking space. Traffic wardens G_T_F! Was lookin at The Shore but accepted an offer which was too good else where, and only mins for Princes St.

I bought my house for £33k and now 7 years later valued at about 45-47k

2 bedroom, mid terraced ,double glazin,central heating, fitted kitchen etc....

Prices here are a bit better eh
