@ lunch time i joined a gym

the thing is, i emphasized how i need someone to be stricted with me
to push me for results etc etc
i need discipline!!!!!
so my first sesson is booked at 1:30 sunday with a guy called Lee, who is a bully apparently, will ring you up if your not there etc
i thought great,

than i left and realised, WTF have i let ,myself in for

dont worry about it!

my trainers always moan at me for not going!

He even said i cudnt go in the spa because i didnt deserve to as i hadnt been for so long!!!!

still went though! no one stops me going in the spa!

gyms are not worth it unless you use them a lot. plus your usually tied in for a year at least. I only got out of mine cause i moved house

I pay 25 quid a month instead of the norm 40 odd cause my bro is the manager!! plus didn't pay the 120 joining fee!

I go min 3 times a week but norm everyday!
