Similar here. Last night my dad dug out a bit from on top of the patio so we could get to the garage, but now it looks like he never even did it

My car is shocking in the snow. It slithers about all over the spot where other cars dont have a problem.

1st gear, trickling down a hill not touching the accelerator so maybe doing 3-4mph, turned the wheel to go round the corner and went sideways. Somehow managed to not hit the kerb. I fucking hate this.

Everyone else either lives close to work so they can walk or live on main roads that are clear. So they cant understand why I have problems getting in

I just drove 45 mins to reading without too much of a problem. Only to find that my Uni is shut :/

People need to learn to drive properly in the snow, theres no chance of pulling off in first or even second...so use third. Yet i saw people (some in big 4x4s navaras etc) Just sitting with there wheels spinning revving there engines not going anywere :@

People seem to have a Clarkson-ish approach to this weather. "Not moving anywhere? Give it more POWEEEERRRRRRR!"

I had to drive my other half to work this morning, I am getting fucked off with retards that can't drive properly in these conditions. Some asshole in a taxi nearly drove into the side of me (3 lanes merging into 2) because he wanted to undertake me!

I had a shovel in the back of my car, I contemplated using it on him when we got to the lights but my other half was giving me evils.

Someone she works with lives near us so he's going to give her a lift back, I can't actually exit my driveway now to go fetch her when she finishes work LOL

Was none of the center gritted or anything?

Kings Road and London road were jokes, i followed a range rover in its tracks so was alright. The a329m was bad too, saw a silver vx220 in the ditch just off the carriageway (heading out of reading).
