Someone needs to ring up/go round to the station and make a complaint and get a crime number or some sort of reference number that everyone can then use, but everyone will have to do it otherwise they won't do anything about it.

Before you contact the Police, bear in mind that some of the people who are out of pocket haven't actually u2u'd him asking for money back.
My advice would be u2u him now with bank details and the amount outstanding, then reply in here -

This does have similarities to the Dave A case, loads of people complaining but actually not many people chasing the actual money.
Tell him what you want and record when you've done it and when you want the money by.

thanks Ian, fair point, im getting my dad on the job as soon as he gets home as i dont even know how you do a bank transfer lol... i only ever use paypal.. but i have messaged the guy and he said it was boxed ready to post and he would send me tracking details... never sent details and no item delivered.. i messaged him again asking if its been sent or i get my monney back and theres been no reply and he has been logged on.
