Nah, he's too busy working on deadline day transfers. Wouldn't be surprised if we saw him outside Carrington in his Ford Puma sports car talking to Andy Burton.

Odds on United being Ronaldos next permanent club are 4/6. So yeah seems so unlikely its not worth talking about.

Not a chance. They're all far too poor and on benefits to associate with up there.

Jason Puncheon loan deal pretty much done to Palace. Decent player.
Can't see it being true but would be a far better buy that Baines in my opinion, younger, very talented and would improve at OT, whereas Baines is at his best now, and we don't need him

Buttner has looked good whenever he's played. As much as I rate Baines, (think he's England's best left back) You don't need him. Agree that Shaw would be a better buy, but in a year, he'll rot in your reserves for a year if you get him now

Buttner has looked very good, and is a good backup to have, but I keep reading that he hasn't settled and if that's the case I can see us selling him or loaning him for a couple of years.
Baines is definitely England's best left back, he's better than Ashley Cole IMO although I hate him so am probably biased.
Wouldn't be opposed to buying shaw and loaning him back to Southampton, I think doing that kind of thing should happen more often really, like it did with Zaha

Think that's be best for him, and eventually for utd if it happened. As Vegas said though, he signed a long contract recently, so it'd cost utd a lot.
You've stunted Powell's career by hardly playing him last season, he has had a few injuries too which is annoying as he's missed the pre-season that he could of really proved himself. But could of easily gone out on loan and got some games.

Powell is being linked with Wigan lately on loan.
I think he needs to go on loan tbh, he needs games as only so much improving you can do training with the first team

Telegraph (and now the others) are running that we have bid £40m for Benzema.........................
One can only assume they think they'd sell him to us then sign Suarez, but even so; never gonna happen

Is Benzema better than Higuain though?
Tbf, think it wasnt all about not payign the price, he just mistankenly thought that for £5m more he could have Suarez

Real Madrid basically only have 1 striker, so unless they do something miraculous (Bale aside) they're not gonna sell Benzema. They need to add to him, not lose him. And as for Di Maria, despite being a frustrating/injur prone footballer, he's still an asset to their squad, and gives them something not many others do in that squad.
Fair play to Arsenal for their win tonight, could of been a nasty game that, but they did well to score 3. Should see them in the group stage now. So the yearly mullering from Barcelona is still on
Good win for us as well, Villa were a tough side tonight, but we seemingly got the job done, with a few decisions going our way by the sounds of it.
