Cheers guys!

Its nearly there now! I cleaned up the VX inlet and painted the throttle body matt black to tidy it up. I also removed the header tank to reconnect the fuel lines. While it was off I gave it a good swill out so it was squeeky clean again So I've refitted the inlet and, airfilter setup and strut brace. Also put my new plugs and leads on while I was at it



Inlet area looks a lot tidier now with the wiring hidden!



All thats left to do now is -

- fit the cam belt covers and bottom pulley
- fit the drive belt
- oil + filter change and fit my magnetic sump plug
- Coolant
- Last few sensors to be connected
- Clean the underside of the engine (oil leak)

and I think thats pretty much it Once I've got it up and running I then need to fit my new speedo sensor and wire up my rev counter as its doing my head in having to guess how fast im going

Next update will be on sunday all being well

proper stunning bay mate

is it a standard throttle cable your using? i tried routing mine that way after a good oiling and it was having none of it borooooooooom
