dissapointed...

should of been a 2.0 turbo same as astra with 19's... to keep with the VXR theme

already got too much power for a front wheel drive car, 2.0 would have been worse

but thats a silly Idea as it would have been quicker than the others in the VXR range.

1.6 turbo engine is a cool idea IMO as it sts it apart from other manufacturers that have just chucked a 2 litre in their hatchback models. Im sure this will be a very very tunable engine as well.

i think the fact it's a 1.6 makes it better imo. less weight etc. and i can imagine they didn't want to put the astra vxr lump in it as no one would buy the astra probably.

i'm hoping renault actually release their eplanned renaultsport twingo!!!

A 1.2 turbo kicking out 130bhp, and brand new for £9000!!!!!

first i've heard of that!!!! Sounds awesome.

doubt they will offer 0% finance Wonder if they will give you the finance option of leaving a final lump sum at the end of the finance like i have on the Polo.

i doubt there'll be too many deals soon, wait a few months after release and i'm sure there will be.

Hmmmm not sure how it would look in white... in comparison to the Arden Blue. Although the Thurlby 888 Diesel Astras looked good in white

Where are the pics of your GSI anyway?

No Steve, Red, Blue or Black is far more Max Power than bright yellow.......
