Dont forget Kieran is also making a comparison to a time of nearly double that of the other guys

Again, please tell me why you seem to have this impression that he has went from stick to complete beast?

You're a complete fool.

Do you need me to list the reasons why so you can maybe get your small brain round the concept?

1. First photo is untensed, 2nd is.
2. 1st photo is taken from distance, 2nd is close up.
3. You're an idiot.
4. 1st photo is with a poor camera under natural lighting and unedited, 2nd photo is low exposure and has been edited.
5. He has went from 11 stone to 12 stone. HOLY FUCK, THATS LOADS!!!!
6. You're an idiot.

its quite clear from the first picture to the second irrespective of exposure or tensing the increase in lean muscle, definition and reduced bodyfat, no veins prominent at all and then boom.

Sorry Mr Massive, your few months training must make you an expert on it so will shut up

Says the guy who is making such a massive effort to make his opinion heard and that it must be ROIDZ!

It may help others make up there minds to know that Mr Expert here himself, even if he did put up photos or back up anything he says, that he himself has used steriods.

Obviously must mean that everyone does. Sorry for your shit genetics Barnshaw. I know we can't all be gifted with beast like protein synthasis abilities and raw determination in the never ending struggle to become a MOTHER FUCKING MACHINE!!!!

Just you go back to twating your non-mayo eating massive cunts and pull the bird he was with with your internet banter!

Think you'll find when informed people like csweatherston and the likes gave advice etc.. it was taken ob board. Same with nismo and kieran and others.

Having the stuff i say slammed by Barnshaw however who only seems to just reply to stir shit up... makes sense to listen to him.

You lot are a credit to CS, really are. Hoped that approaching this thread honestly etc.. i would manage to evade the spam, how wrong was i. Just the same as anything else, you lot get your nails in it and drag it to the ground.

Few people actually seem interested so for the sake of those and me, fancy kindly fucking off?

Are you looking at the same pics as we are?

I don't go to the gym, take pics of myself in my pants for a bunch of guys to look at or wear Crocs.

This makes me happy, not 'jelly'.

It's very possible if your dedicated to it and want to reach a goal. I have been training now for 11 months and iv gone from 8.5 stone to 13 stone @ 5ft6. 9% bf to 11%. Just got to do it right and be obsessed with it tbh. It's taking over my life!

[Edited on 11-10-2012 by Kieran]

I still dont believe it, you have been concentrating on bulking which is not really massively difficult, to achieve such vascularity in those pics and increased lean size is much different. The bodfyfat of that man in them pics looks to be far less then 11% and IMO would take much longer then 6 months naturally to do.

I know what your saying it is hard to gain muscle fast depending your genetics ect. My mates have been putting as much effort in as I have and only gaining slowly. I'm in no way fat. I still have all these (vein) shit and that but I'm not bothered about all that cut up look so doesn't bother me about bulking my whole way through. I'm nor blowing my own trumpet at all just stateing that it is possible. And that I haven't yet hit my wall of not gaining any more because I am. I would post comparison pictures up but it's mcwillsters thread so I won't. Unless I have to to prove any point, that it's possible..

Nismo

Took a quick photo after back day yesterday. Back seems thick enough and and definition is coming along.

Need to work on my lats a lot more. All in time though.

Back routine yesterday consisted of:

Bent Over Row - 80kg x 15 Supersetted with;
Deadlift - 80kg x 15 Supersetted with;
Shrugs - 80kg x 15.

4 sets: 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg. (Form went all to shit on the last set of bent over row)

2 sets of wide grip pull-ups - BW x 12 (Decent form)

4 sets of Skullcrusers - 30kg (Strict form keeping my upper arm vertical and moving 180° - 90° - 180°)

2 sets of dips - BW x 20

4 sets of lat pulldowns - 2 sets wide overhand, 2 sets close underhand

Comments etc... welcome. (except Barnshaw)
