Welding done, ready to be taken home and have the engine ripped out

Welded up...


Seam sealed, not bothering with underseal yet as ill be doing the whole car/arches at the same time.



Really happy with how it came out.

Nova bays look pretty good anyways but I'll be moving the battery to the boot and expansion bottle and screen wash bottle will be getting hidden so it looks nice and empty in the bay

I will be having a word with my boss tomorrow about storing the car at work whilst the engine is out, only issue is having to push it in and out each day but once the underside is under sealed I can keep it at home

Engine removal has begun! Only spent a little time in it tonight as we are chocka in the workshop and there was no ramps free.. It's a start though

Bit more progress engine is ready to come out just need to disconnect fuel pipes and I have out one of my gauges in temporary to get a rough idea was going to make them come out of an angle but they don't look to bad like this.. Any opinions?
