Well considering I've hated my 4s from day 1 anyway... Just time to change, amazingly cheap at the moment too

Yeah but it has a plastic casing and that instantly means it's a crap phone. But not like the iPhone 5C though, that has a better plastic casing

Feels thick and heavy compared to the 5.
Absolutely love the all black look though (after using a white 5) and vanilla android is a breath of fresh air to touch wiz.
Not slagging at all and absolutely understand this is a £150 phone just an observation from 5 mins of use, when using it side by side with the iPhone, its noticeably slower and despite the bigger screen it displays less content in just about every situation.
How do you enable the battery percentage?

Surely trolling.
What's slower? What do you get less content on for comparison?

Shipping was rapid, came 8am next day. Think there's a lead time on them now though.
John, when I can be arsed ill do screen shots, browser, youtube, Facebook etc all display more content on the screen on the iPhone, not a lot more but considering the screen is smaller it should be the other way around. For example you get an extra status on Facebook, or and extra comment on youtube without scrolling.
In terms of speed, iphone browser is noticeably faster. By noticeable I mean when side by side, in real world use probably not noticeable at all.

All browsers on iPhone use safari anyway.
I'd say Ash's test is fair if he is using chrome on the nexus and safari on iPhone.

Chrome will be slower than safari on iPhone as it can't utilise Apples nitro engine or whatever it is.
Like that everything I had before, contacts, numbers, apps and even some settings have all come back, effortless setup, even if it is a bit worrying how much stuff google have about me

Get the Swype keyboard for the Nexus, you will never want to go back to a normal tap keyboard again

Browsing? Unless you've got some form of zooming enabled or the site isn't optimised that well then i'm confused to how that is possible considering the increase is screen real-estate

Google Keyboard, which got punted out to most Android device i believe, has 'gesture typing' which is near enough the same.
Swype and Swiftkey are a lot better at predictive text though, just a shame they're a bit bloaty compared to other keyboards.

Your link actually shows exactly how it's possible.
Both phones scale to 100% width, but because of the taller format of the iPhone's screen it shows a tiny bit more info than the Nexus.
Thing is, if you tilt to landscape mode the opposite will be the case (given the Nexus browses in full screen as well, which I'm going to assume it does).
Either way, pretty much not an issue.

Look at the inner container, there's three list items on the iPhone compared to five on the Nexus (due to increased width)

It's nothing to write home about, like I said, just an observation that you'd only probably notice from having the two side by side.
On other occasions it doesn't seem to make the best use of the available space...
Just went to download the FB app and the back button on screen didn't seem to work, search button didn't seem to do anything and when you tap install it just freezes the phone, not sure what that's all about.
http://vimeo.com/73416266
Despite a few minor criticisms for £150 it's still the best android phone I've used. Also wish Falcon Pro was on ios, great app.

Yeah, you're right, didn't notice that. Then the right hand container holds more items on the iPhone, so meh...
Just down to the browsers scaling differently. Once again, the only true losers are front end developers.

First time I've paid attention to any of the new iOS interface. at the dots for the signal strength.
Anything else like that in it? That looks exactly like people have complained so they've just changed random bits.
