Very interesting read.
I personally thing the government aren't telling us everything. I think it's been landed somewhere by Taliban and everyone on board killed. Then the Taliban will use this plane to cause another terrorist attacj

Why would you kill all the passengers and not show off about it (dont mean to be horrible) and video it. I agree that another 911 type attack could be the plan but surely there will be fighter jets ready for the fuckers!

Not if it is as sudden as 911 you could not plan the target place unfortunanly and if they have managed to be this stealthy then god knows what ells they are capable of if it was a terror attack then it will most likely be planned and a sudden strick.

I know people keep saying that why would terrorists do it and not shout about it, well to be honest if you can make a plane disappear and no military or government can find it (according to the media) then thats a whole new level of terrorist attacks, and i stand by the fact that we will ever only know what people want us to know, regardless of wiki leas and all that.

Another extremely far fetched theory.
I honestly don't believe that no one, military or otherwise, managed to track the aircraft if it was still flying - flying being the issue as there's no information to suggest that the aircraft was still flying, other than Inmarsat receiving 'pings' (no other data sent allegedly) on its network from a piece of hardware.

It's the seating configuration/capacity. A narrow body is usually 6 seats wide, so 3 seats an aisle and then the other three seats - like what you'd expect on a Ryanair flight. A wide body has a row of seats up the middle and two aisles with two or three seats on either side.

I keep picturing it in a hanger being turned into some mad contraption by beardy terrorists whilst the a team music plays in the background with someone recording it in 1 megapixels and doing the whole allah akbar tourettes routine.

The weirdness comes that not one single person on the plane managed to send a text message or ring someone.
Even if crashing you would get a chance.
