"Spurs considering offers for Bale from more than 1 club, move to real STILL not complete"
Just get the fucking deal done and get on with things.
Other transfer news... Arsenal have done nothing

I put that in the wrong thread earlier. However, I highly doubt Levy would sell to another English club

Be funny if we get to end of transfer window and they haven't signed anyone. 2-3 weeks of saying they have money available and have identified several players then no signings would be lolztastic.
I'm aware we have only signed Varela btw!

I think the problem is people just don't want to join arsenal anymore. Seems like a last resort club for people that want to move

There probably is no second club in for Bale, Levy just wants the price to be pushed up

Okay perhaps not
Rooneys agent reportedly in North London, leading to rumours its Rooney +50 or 60mil
However I think its still unlikely, PSG probably, or even Chelsea id say

It would be bants if Moyes fucked over Mourinho by selling Rooney to Spurs after the Willian debacle.

I think the problem is people seem to be more concerned about Arsenal than their own club.

Are you saying they should concentrate on supporting and watching their own clubs Ben?

I'd take him but not at £80m odd. £40m - £50m yes.

No-one in their right mind would have signed for Arsenal in the last 10 days. After the loss on the first weekend anyone who was thinking of signing will have put it off until they have qualified for the champions League. Once that's confirmed then people will consider it as an option.

I think our signings are dependant on tonight's game. Might see some fast activity from tomorrow onwards if we do qualify.

Which is exactly why he won't come to us. We won't be pay 80m and they won't accept less than that. I've heard of nani+cash today also! Problem is Nani doesn't have a big market value currently due to contract length!

And due to him being shit? Not to mention the fact he actually cried when he got fucked up by Carra

.. And the fact he's shit, was gonna put that but figured it went without saying. He's the most frustrating player ever, on his day he's immense but that happens once a season.
Carra was a dirty cunt, looked a bit sore but not sure I'd be happy with crying

I was pretty excited in 2007 when we signed Nani and Anderson. Nani got off the mark pretty quickly but his development just stopped. Anderson hasn't turned out to be the player we had hoped.
I think having Fabio & Grooverider fit is going to be a real bonus.

Probably rose tinted glasses but I'm hoping moyes can sort Anderson out. A big ask and it's wishful thinking!

Champions League qualification means less at a club like Arsenal than it does at other clubs.
I severely doubt any potential signings have got to the point where a fee has been agreed and the player has turned down Arsenal because they have still to qualify for the Champions League.
However, deals may have been put on ice as the club has decided to concentrate on the qualifiers rather than carry their business out in the public domain. Either way I'm sure most would not disagree with the fact that Arsenal should have signed players long before now.
