it does just the turbo broke as i have since found out it had been on 3 other cars before mine , and i got told it was just on the 1 car that had done 500 miles

apparlently thats blocks only good if your trying to keep weight down, as its ally the heat transfer from it is bad

im not ignoring it mate , like ive said , ive checked it most weeks just to keep a eye on it and its been the same since i put the engine in, if it ran like shit and didnt boost properly i would of taken it apart to investagate it, but its been fine , so im going to use it and keep checking it, if it does start to have problems then i will take it apart but the engine will be coming out in september time anyway and will be striped then

Can ya not have the block & stuff cyrogenically frozen or something like yer man did in TV a good few months back? The buck that owns the C as well with a Z20 in it.

You getting to the limits of power now where you need to decide weather you want to use it on the road, as you have said the blocks do not like big power, only way to cure it is resin fill it.
The SA lads have used concrete before now.
Me and steveboy had this conversation at PVS about speckys engine.

correct me if im wrong but can you not get the ally block, bore it out and fit new sleeves and to prevent it misshaping look into a getting wedge plate of some sort maybe?

The ally block route is a good one if it's made from a good quality billet but the qed one is cast and not good for high power turbo application
