If i were to have a project car, with no seatbelts and nothing inside. No plates, not tax, no mot, no insurance. It woul dbe on my drive/in the garage.

So why does it make one lad over the road perfectly able to drive it round the block ragging the arse off it

FFS he never gets caught, if i did that id crash into a police car

He is 22/23 has a wife and 1 or 2 kids cant remember.
She kicked him out/split up with him, now he drives the minipeople carrier around with his new missus. She is about 14
