Heres some pics of the heat shield fitted. Needed some bending to get in but I'm very happy with how it looks. Hard to capture it on photo but here you go:




Also spent a bit of time tidying up the wiring with some slit cable tidy. Looks well good and cheap too:

looks probably better than i thought t would actually. i thought it would be good, but that doesnt half hide the manky cast turbo manifold a treat.

top homebrew work indeed

oh hey, see the rocker cover to turbo breather pipe jobby, can look a touch neater if you run that under the turbo inlet pipe. worth a go see if it looks better atleast.

not a bad price that tbh, newsagent opposite us sells us crates of 12 for 11quid

only thing is you end up drinking waaayyy to much of it

Cheers everyone. Yeh I've got a Courtenay actuator that I'm having off Ad (pagey) but just gotta pay him first! Yeh Im going to fix the AFM to the wing to stop that moving around and that'll stop the breather pipe bending out which makes it look untidy.

New heatshield looks great did you get the silicone hoses direct from roose?

Cheers Danny. Yeh the turbo-afm hose is from Roose. The others are from Viper Performance

Yes definately. They do a lot for Vauxhalls that other companies don't. Not a budget hose though as they're pricey. Suppose you pay for the quality though aye.

You must be to Busy working on your Car to get me a copy of this EPC though
