Yep I twisted mine funny last week and had the worst shooting pains for about 4 days. Not pleasant

Yes, I've had alot of back problems lately, caused by having to rest due to a knee problem, so I found myself just lazying around and that's what's done it, keep stretching and if it's your lower back, just lay on a hard floor with a rolled up towel under the small of your back, does wonders.
