Talk of investment, if we get new investors (or just as likely completely new owners) then who knows what will happen. I wouldn't want to sack him (yes, still), for a number of reasons.

In a nut shell:

- I'm still behind him (just about), I don't beleive in sacking managers mid season and I don't want to destabilise us any more.
- We don't have the money to compensate him, if he doesn't hit his guaranteed 4th then we have grounds to sack him with less compensation
- We don't have the financial backing to attract a manager of a similar level/to back new additions they would need/want to make
- If we do end up with someone else who's to say they won't be off in a year or two due to the owners?

I also fail to understand how that was Rafa's fault last night - he picked the strongest side he could, and a side which most of the players involved were last season beating United 4-1 at OT.

His tactics havent changed, his motiviation to them wont of changed, its up to them once they step out on to the pitch and they just arent doing it.

Whilst i can see where you are coming from, i don't agree with point 2, sack him whether he finishes 1st or 10th you'll still have to pay him the same

It's when you finish outside the top 4 that i think he has to resign therefore costing you nothing

He may well have clauses in his contract meaning they can get rid of he doesnt get 4th place, I have no idea though.
