Exactley, people take the Piss when I do it to my cars, but as I said with the new car I'm doing I've replaced every bolt, nut, bush, joint so I know everything is new and there is no unknown quantities, andlike you suggested would be silly having all these bits of and then bolting a rusty old beam back on

of course the more power you have the more they will be effective for combatting loss of traction that doesnt mean they arent very effective on lower powered vehicles, obviously i wouldnt fit one to a corsa 1.2i 8v 45bhp C12NZ though

also ford fitted them to the frps so they must of benefit, and the frps only have fractionally more power
