Stripped off the front end for some work...
Applying my carbon fibre splitter to the bumper which went very well, looks superb.
Sanding down the fucked headlights which didn't go so well, they now look even worse

use one of those 3m kits with the drill attachment. Worked well on my plastic headlamps.

Yeah used one of those before, managed to burn it a bit... I don't think headlight restores are my thing. At least getting the bumper on was a lot easier than getting it off. Now just to scrape it getting it off the drive

Mate i'm still fuming about it she never parks that far foward usually
Now I need a respray of the door, aswell as both front wings, front bumper and rear bumper. Might aswell get a full respray!

you know, a lot of my friends have t4's, and allegedly my ex vw mechanic mate says mine is a rare non leaking oil version. i still check the oil every 1000 mile like ive done in every vehicle. its needed 0.5 litres in 12,000 mile. for a diesel, i think thats pretty good.

Bit better than the poor bastards with the 2.0tfsi engines that are using about 1litre every 600 miles
