Fuck me I've seen (and worked on) top level rally cars that have a smaller spec list!

How much have you spent on this bonkers thing so far?

I helped build a Ford Escort MK2 rally car a few weeks ago that cost €75k, didn't have that big of a spec sheet!

Yes mate having to have a custom made flywheel made up it prob won't be here until next Thursday, needs fitting and mapping and Totb is the Saturday so I'm cutting it close gna be some late nights

Haha Yeah, €9k box, €2k rear axle & I think €10K engine. Just making the point tho that this thing made 320bhp at the back wheels, so Ben's car would chew it on the drag strip!

dont i know it, just hope the clutch/flywheel fits ok, im doing the saturday as apparently you can get lots of runs in

some proper tyres arrived from the states today, will get them fitted after totb









gearbox came back from the gearbox place, they striped it , cleaned it , put new seals in it and checked the syncros whick they said they looked fine, just hope they are

,gave it a coat of paint , just need to drill and tap the 3rd bolt for the rear mount tomorow
