Personally I think Chelsea should tell him to go on holiday now, get his head in order and come back refreshed in pre season. Start from scratch next season. That would be good player management IMO.

Not going to happen though, even if it the most sensible thing to do. Continuing to play him is just silly. If any thing it's making his confidence worse with all the media adding up the minutes he doesn't score.


But we all agree that my idea is amazing and that I should be the next England manager?

talking of england managers, im starting to quite warm to capello now, yes the way he goes about a lot of things is wrong, eg the ferdinand saga, but thats just the way he is, and i think hes starting to find a workable formation
