best looking 12v haha mine comes a close 2nd though haha only because its seriously clean

aye thats probably the only reason why haha.

engine cover think has taken to falling off recently though which i dont get why.

got it cleaned and now its ready for paint

wow what a thread! this car looks so nice both outside and soon inside! Love the painted engine and the blue paint flicks, it all looks so fresh! Wish I had the experience to do that to mine but not a lot of point as mine's probs ready for scrappy lol

got the gearbox painted today and im just trying to remove the crank seal but im having no luck with it

got a few things done today

filled all engine mounts with exhaust rubber mount and then tiger sealed

painted both lower arms

[img][/img]

fitted gearbox mounts and then fitted it

[img][/img]

painted up a coolant pipe

more updates tomorrow

Good work buddy Is there a lot of room on these then?

I thought it would be a struggle putting the engine in with the gear box mounted

Just read all this thread good work mate car looks spot on & glad to see one of the smaller engines getting some love rather than being binned

Would love to see it with a wee turbo on it, could use a smart car turbo there similar sized would need a quite few other bits changing to make it work but would be summat diffrent

Keep up the good work
