Eh? Where you supposed to take the flag in CTF? In MW2, you had to take it back to your spawn.

Back to your own teams flag? If the other team have taken your flag however you have to sit it out and wait for your team to return it so you can make the capture.

Yep

Well, CTF will do for now.
At least you don't get spawn killed/camped in that mode since everyones camping in their own spawn

Same with me last night. Some twat spent the match hiding in the enemies spawn knifing them in the back. As soon as he was on the other team and done it to me 5 times in a row in about a minute

Missing silencers massively on this, as soon as I get a decent full auto assault rifle with a silencer I think I'll be up to speed.

Also seems similar to Black Ops in that when one side get on a bit of a roll (via connection) they can dish out some real hammerings, all good when you are on the right side, not so much when you are losing every 1v1.

I feel like they fix the balance of the game when you're doing well, or when you're doing rubbish, like they're influencing the outcome. Paranoid

Fist time I got past UAV killstreak today, actually got an 11 kill, however many points that is.

It feels like they are using a similar lag compensation system to Black Ops. When it's in your favour it's ace, you can run round like Rambo dropping everything in sight, when you are on the receiving end it's not so much fun but you've just got to ride it out. For everytime I've lost a 1v1 I felt I should've won I've won one I definitely should've lost.
When you are playing against people all over the planet with wildly different connection speeds there is never going to be a perfect system. I don't seem to have found how to change the location settings though, have they removed this option?

I spotted someone not moving last night so I got right up in his face, aimed in between the eyes, I got 6 hitmarkers before he dropped. Isn't getting shot in the head supposed to be a 2 hit kill or sumit?

My problem must be that I play it for fun. I'm not really bothered what score is just sit on it and talk garbage to mates while shooting people. Perhaps that's why I don't notice issues as much.

No, its all good mate.
My boards have been wiped too (except for demolition for some reason).
Its happened to most people I think. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind it.

Gonna trade this in I think, just can't seem to get on with it. It's just full of dickscopers or people sat on ledges/windows aiming down sights. The only map that I like, slums, hardly ever comes up but terrible maps like cargo seem to be 1 in 4. Plus with constant UAV's and ghost/silencers being so high you can't even go on stealthy flanking runs, you just get tagged by someone sat behind barrels aiming at the door knowing you are coming.

I just got a death machine and 3 times in a row I lost 1v1's with people using those burst pistols.

I don't think it's all the games fault, probably just a bit of apathy towards FPS. I've probably played each one progressively less since COD4. I can't even be bothered to finish the campaign.
