Not to mention that PS4 has internal power supply, the Box uses a huge external one.
The fact that they need a bigger case for lesser hardware and are still using an external power supply is just another sign that the XBOne was rushed.

i wouldnt say rushed, they have just forgot its a game console and made an xbox 360 thats a bit better with more family shit. they're trying to combine the success of the wii with the popularity of xbox
im starting to lean towards ps4

This is starting to drive me crazy another two weeks to go ! Watching all the videos on YouTube is making me feel very smug about switching over from Microsoft, only complains I have seen are ones about hardware failure, which is apparently 0.4% which is stupidly low and about the games. But it's going to take a year for the new blockbusters to come out so im not to worried about that.
Only issue I have is were will I get one from? I haven't ore ordered any were !! Been into four places in town and they have all said the same thing " you'll be lucky to get one before Christmas"

Rumours that Sony are holding back shipments until the extent of the issues are known.
Looks like quality control done goofed.
However, half the bad Amazon reviews will be trolls.
No other place gives the impression that the affected console rate is anywhere near 1 in 3.
Either way, nice of the US to beta test the console for us...

Most of the poor amazon reviews are people who've left reviews more than once for the same thing! You've also got to remember, none working consoles will piss people off and they will report issues straight away. What about all the working ones that people are playing on? I doubt they've left reviews as they're playing on them 24/7. It's all a bit out of proportion I think.
