TBH I don't generally like playing with people on my friends, since I feel like I have to stay committed to those games then, and I do very badly sometimes and jump from game to game a lot

Sticking with your squad and talking to them does help aye, but just following where the enemy squads are helps too, so you can flank them. Its a game best played with mates you communicate with for sure. Snipers dont stand a chance when you have four of you working together to take him out

Microsoft are unbelievably bad at launching any of their products.
Always confusion and people missing out on things.
Office365 and Surface are recent examples and they aren't doing very well at all with the One so far.
