He's grease lightening, but that's it. He has absolutely no composure in front of goal. I genuinely think Welbeck is better. He has time on his side, but it's disgusting how much they're spending on him.

Woah woah woah, let's not go all anti Liverpool here. Suggesting Welbeck is better than anyone is just ridiculous.
Sterling is probably a 15m player with his age, and talent. I believe he's got the potential to be very good. I actually think we could base the England team around him in the future. He's certainly better than Jesus 'does nothing' Navas, so he might even play the odd game.
(side note, I'm very glad Delph hasn't destroyed his career by signing for city)

Sterling is rapid, pretty strong and decent dribbling. There have been many players of the same ilk who haven't went any further. Like I said, he has time on his side, but he should have stayed at Liverpool where they would have done as you said for England, build the team around him.
Well black isn't much older but has done a lot more thus far
I agree with the Delph comment. He should be a target for the aforementioned Liverpool.

Yeah, think he'd be a good fit for Liverpool, shame he doesn't play for Southampton

With the players that have been brought in, you'd have to imagine United will play a 4-3-3? They still need back up for Rooney and at least one centre half though.

"Mattia Destro’s agent is in London to finalise a move to West Ham, according to reports.
Italy international Destro, who spend the second half of last season on-loan at AC Milan, has returned to parent club Roma this summer – but been told he has no future.
Arsenal and Chelsea have previously been linked with his services, but Corriere dello Sport says West Ham have stormed in and looking to bring him to Upton Park.
A loan deal with a view to a permanent transfer is on the cards, with Destro said to be keen to come to the Premier League."

Valdes says he has no plans to leave after being linked with a move the other day. I reckon I'd be happy with him as #1.
But we need to replaced RvP & Hernandez.
