Andy the magazine with be out on the 11th of April

Not too sure if they are planning on putting any before photos yet Andy. We will see

Engine bay was spotless Alex Shame I didn't get chance to sort that bit of wiring though lol!

Also just realised that I have owned the car exactly 6 years today

Yep got Dan's old mint GSI wheel in it now Need to get some photos up of it actually!

Make sure you buy a few copies and frame one. I did when my old let was featured a few years ago. A seriously well deserved feature!!!

Love this. Boy has this car come along way in the time you have had it. Will deffo be checking this out at PV this year.

With your poor running have you had the face of the inlet that the throttle body bolts to checked to make sure its not warped. You said earlier in your thread that sealent helped it run better.

Cheers Ben mate, I'm planning on buying 4 or 5 copies just to be safe Definitely want one on my wall though! Literally days to wait now So excited its unreal lol

Thanks Brad Thats my suspicion yes! I was planning on getting the face skimmed but I didn't have time to sort it before the shoot Its all coming back off soon because its still not running right at all when cold.

Could you please tell me what oil filler cap you are using. Looks miles better than whats on my 1.4

I'd love to know how you hid the small engine loom.

The oil caps a standard one Brad, I've just removed the yellow cap from the top You can kind of see how I've hid the wiring for in this photo

It was a doddle to do with the head off the car but I'd imagine its a bit trickier on the car. Worth doing though as it looks so much neater!

I heard the letter flap this morning when I was in bed so I raced down stairs to see the magazine on the mat I nearly ripped it in half trying to get it out the wrapper so fast Over the moon with the feature! So pleased with the photos and write up, seriously cant stop smiling!

Great news, I'll have to try and find a mag to have a ganders.

If you want a hand with getting it running right, I'll happily pop up one day, can have a play with the laptop and attempt to narrow it down.
